I started working in the advertising industry designing marketing campaigns and TV spots. However, I found myself gravitating towards Web experiences and App designs. Affecting the actual tools and products, felt more rewarding than designing the campaigns which drove traffic towards them.

Access to data and heatmaps allowed for more insight and accountability in designs. Crafting solutions targeted to reduce pain points and increase conversions also felt infinitely more tangible and rewarding. This led me down the rabbit hole which was UX Design and I've been doing it ever since!

I help curate digital experiences for people online. By making websitesmore visually appealing & user-friendly, I enable people to overcome the inertia of indecision. By building online presences that are more guided & value-driven, I make websites which benefit both business and users alike. Within the design side of things, I also create & maintain Design Systems and build interactive prototypes for usability and A/B testing.

Also, I prioritise and re-align business and user’s needs by fleshing out user journeys, holding stakeholder interviews and identifying pain points throughout the digital experience. Some brands I've worked with include Harley–Davidson, E*trade, Unilever, P&G, Monster.com, Millennium Hotels, etc.

Core skills include Branding, Typography, Prototyping, Illustration, A/B Testing Information Architecture Design (UX), Product Design (Digital) & Design System Management & implementation. I’ve worked on a couple of CMS platforms including Word Press, Semplice, Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore.

Software skills include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, Figma, Principle, Invision, Keynote and Zeplin.
